Springfield Brake Co/Premier Truck Parts 3rd Annual Buddy Bass Tournament was held Saturday April 24th on Table Rock lake departing from Aunts Creek at 7am. 58 teams departed in slightly less than miserable conditions searching for the mother-load of bass reported to be up, shallow and nesting. A day full of rain, drizzle, torrid rain and reported 50+ mile an hour winds was capped at the 3pm weigh in with all teams returning. This 100% payback tournament paid a total of 11 places with 1st going to Paul Mitchell & Gary Bundy weighing in a total of 5 bass at 17.15 lbs anchored by the tournaments 1 Place Big Bass of 5.35 lbs. Allen Lumley and all of his staff along with the Joe Bass staff looks forward to next years event scheduled for the last weekend of April.
