PUT IN WITH THE BEST - JOE BASS TEAM TRAIL - CLAIM FORM
*Official Qualifying Guidelines, Rules and Conditions.

• CHARGER® Boats “Put in with the Best.” dates are from January 1, 2008 through November 1, 2008.

• Win shall be defined as 1st, “first place”.

• A team will only be eligible for one (1) CHARGER® boat incentive per tournament.

• Only one (1) incentive paid at each event. Highest incentive will be paid.

• Only Wins of Joe Bass Team Trail LLC events will qualify. Season ending Team Championship excluded.

• Must be a registered CHARGER® Boats owner.

• Registered owner’s name and winner must be the same name on warranty and/or state registration at
  the time of win.

• Must be wearing a CHARGER® shirt and/or hat with logo exposure during competition.

• Tournament finish affidavit forms must be submitted within 30-days of tournament win for eligibility
   review. (Please allow four to six weeks for approval and processing.)

• Incentive payments will be awarded only to the first place overall winner of an event. Ties, and winners
  decided by big bass or chance are not eligible.

• The angler is responsible for providing authentic and official verification of ownership of the CHARGER®
   Boat and a tournament win.

• CHARGER® Boats reserves the right to change, alter, modify or terminate the “Put in with the Best”
  incentive at its sole discretion at any time.

• Final “Put in with the Best” incentive eligibility and contingency payment authorization will be
  determined only by CHARGER® Boats.

• Income and other taxes are the responsibility of recipient.

• The winning CHARGER® owner is responsible for submitting the completed Official Tournament Finish Affidavit.

$200.00 to HIGHEST FINISHING CHARGER BOATS OWNER
To qualify for the $200.00 awarded at each JOE BASS Team Trail event an angler must fish from his/her CHARGER® Boat and provide authentic and official verification of ownership of the CHARGER boat. State registration will suffice.

NOTE: A team will only be eligible for one (1) CHARGER® boat incentive per tournament. Only one (1) incentive paid at each event. Highest incentive will be paid.
