GRAND LAKE RESULTS

GRAND LAKE HAS EVERYONE CATCHING FISH
What an outstanding day of weather, the fishermen took
off from City park in Grove with high hopes. At 3 pm
they returned with livewells full.

Boyd Thiele - Mike
Woods

Boyd Theile of Afton, OK and Mike Woods of
Fairland, OK came in with a total weight of 20.11
lbs and a big fish of 5.28 lbs to bring home 1st
place and Big Bass. They stated all of their fish
came on buzz baits and frogs. They also took home
top finishing CHARGER boat money by fishing out of
mike’s Charger boat. Team is sponsored by Ambush
lures, APM Baits, Robby’s Trolling Motor Repair,
EZ Bite Jigs, Affordable Automotive Group and Joe
Bass Team Trail. |
Jeff Tipton and Jeremy Littlefield both of Grove, OK
brought in the next highest limit of fish weighing in
at 19.48lbs. This was good for 2nd Place. Jeff stated
they caught fish on everything they threw. He also
stated they had multiple limits of fish.
Jason Newberry of Strafford, MO and Nate Poindexter of
Bolivar, MO brought in over 19 lbs of fish and had a
5.17lbs. fish good for 2nd Big Bass. This team also
stated they threw about everything they had to try to
get up in the money.
Lots of fish caught and a good time had by all. Thanks
for fishing. Hope to see you all on June 21st out of
City Park. |
