LAKE OF THE OZARKS CONTINUES TO PAY OUT BIG
Wayne Fowler & Bob Capps win again!

Saturday, March 2, 2008 started out like the other LOZ events this year with cold temperature at 25 degrees. The day was clear and showed signs of a warming for a great day of fishing. It just so happens this day was to be just like the previous Joe Bass Team Trail events ending with another Huge Payout thanks to CHARGER BOATS bonus money.

 Wayne Fowler of Springfield MO and Bob Capps of Strafford MO fished CHOMPERS Brush Jigs with CHOMPERS Twin tail jig trailers and Mega bass stick baits up towards north shores. The presentation was slow to match the 38 degree water. 4 bites all day resulted in 2 keepers weighing 7.30 lbs which was enough weight to cash in on over $4000 in cash and prizes. This is the second time in 3 outings this team has cashed in on the CHARGER BOATS bonus money. Bob also got big bass with a nice largemouth weighing in at 5.49 lbs.

Second place goes to the team of Greg and Nate Poindexter of Bolivar MO with one solid fish, a weight of 3.63 lbs., good enough for second Big Bass also. They fished stick baits for the most part all day.

Congrats to all and thanks to all that fished. We look forward to seeing all of you on April 12th at PB2 for the next LOZ Joe Bass Team Trail event brought to you by F&A Marine and Town and Country Motel.
