STOCKTON REMAINS HIGH AND TOUGH

High water covering the road and parking areas at
Stockton's New State Park required JOE BASS tournament
anglers to take off from a different location, Ruark
Bluff. Special thank you to Jennifer at the Missouri Water
Patrol Regatta office for making the switch on short
notice. |

Brothers, Scott Berry and
Sutton Berry, Willard MO weigh in the only five fish limit
totaling 16.89 lbs securing a strong 1st Place finish.
Sutton reports starting off slow not getting their first
keeper bite until 8:30 am. Then within an hour and a half
we had our limit. Scott adds they had seven
keepers. Both report fishing the 54 degree waters near
State Park with a menagerie of baits including Chompers
jigs, Eakins jigs, War Eagle and Chompers spinnerbaits.
Suttons 5.29 lb bass anchored their limit and secured
them second BIG JOE BASS.

BIG JOE BASS with their 1 keeper bite weighing 8.66 lbs.
Marc reports catching the bass on the last cast of the day
on a X wrap, blue shad stickbait. Both report fishing the
face of the dam, catching the bass, loading up and taking
off for the long ride back to Ruark Bluff. Sponsors;
