A rainy morning with a big breeze that blew all day is what the anglers had to deal with on Stockton for the middle of April. As the winds howled the teams set out to fill their boats with fish. Mike Campbell and Chad Baker used football jigs made by Mike to catch their limit. They fished them in 2-15 feet of water. The team had a 5 fish limit that hit the scales at 15.57lbs. The team also brought in a healthy 6.24lbs largemouth good enough for 1st Big Bass. They gladly announced their wives as sponsors.
Steve and Dominic Ortiz, of Lawrence, KS, used Chompers Spinner baits and wiggle warts from mile long bridge to Greenfield to catch a 5 fish limit that weighed 14.46lbs to bring home 2nd Place. Steve said they had their limit early before it got to bad and then was able to cull a couple of just keepers after the sun came which made the difference in their weight to push them into 2nd place.

Terry Bradley and Eddy Bond sponsored by Tablerock Tackle Company and Chompers, came in with a sack that weighed 13.81lbs using Chomper jigs. This earned the team 3rd Place.
