The Directors got together for the 1st annual Directors Tournament. With winds howling in the 30+ mph range the Directors plus 1 set off from Old State Park at 7am sharp to compete for the huge Directors Cup 1st Place Trophy. Weighing in one of only two, five bass limits Director Rusty Darnell and partner Dan Cox take 1st Place. Rusty credits Compers Wild Hawgs fished on Wobble Heads for their success. James Brown and Director Bob Capps weigh in the other five bass limit taking second place. Again Chompers baits were their tools of choice only this time it was Chompers spinnerbaits and Salty Sinkers. Wayne Fowler teamed up with Director Ed Larson and weighed in 3 bass totaling 6.17lbs. Owner John Williams and Director Timmy Newberry beat out Bud McIntyre with their creel.
