Cody Campbell and Quinten Carr weighed in 19.81lbs anchored with the tournaments 1st Big Bass of 6.40lbs to win the 2019 Pomme kickoff. They report fishing jigs and spinnerbaits at depths of 8-12ft in the Lindy arm. Cody’s 6.40lb bass came on a slow rolled spinnerbait early in the tournament day. They also take top Skeeter owner incentive fishing from Cody’s 99 Skeeter.
Gary Cox and Don Cox fished jigs and spinnerbaits at very shallow depths for their 5 bass weighing 18.01lbs.
Scott Hill and Brandon Hill report flipping jigs in the Pomme arm on steeper banks with their bites coming a very shallow depth of 3 ft.
Whites Marine Center congratulates these anglers for their stellar performance.
